A safer way into land
Too many people in Ghana have paid for land and later found that someone else owned it, or that three families had sold the same plot. We started Simpoa & Kapre in [year] to give buyers a safer way in.
We work around Aburi because we know the land, the families and the local offices here. Every plot we list has passed our own checks first.
